Pia's work has been influenced by the environment around where she is living an working along the North Antrim coast of Northern Ireland and focuses on marine life like sea urchins and ammonites that can be found in the rocks around the beaches and cliffs.
She works mainly with cast glass but has started to experiment with porcelain & earthenware which marry well with skills she has made, mould making for casting glass and as you can see below complement each other.
